Annual Report 2025.
2025 was an important year of strategic progress. During the year we continued to strengthen the long-term growth platform by integrating the 2024 acquisitions (Seluxit assets, Pragmasoft), establishing the new Services and Solutions structure, and advancing initiatives designed to position Wirtek for its next phase of development.
For the full year 2025, Wirtek delivered revenue of DKK 64.3 million and EBITDA of DKK 1.7 million. Results reflect both the softer market environment and our deliberate investments in building new Solutions capabilities. Decisive cost-optimisation measures ensured profitability improved gradually as the year progressed.

Wirtek A/S is a Danish IT Services and Solutions company providing software development, embedded engineering, R&D, quality assurance and testing services to clients worldwide. We focus on developing solutions for web, mobile and integrated systems, with particular emphasis on the Internet of Things (IoT) and clean energy sectors.
Our priority is long-term client relationships — some lasting over a decade. We believe quality partnerships are as important as software quality. Established in 2001, we have offices in Denmark, Portugal and Romania and have been listed on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen since 2006.
